Craig has extensive experience across all areas of manufacturing, logistics and global supply chain supported by an early career in Sales & Marketing.
Craig spent 14 years with Kimberley-Clark Corporation starting in Sales and Marketing and then he held senior positions within manufacturing logistics and purchasing and finally became the European Supply Chain Manager for the Professional Health Care Division. He was responsible for developing and implementing multiple supply chain strategies, leading significant change programs involving organisational restructures, outsourcing, contract management and SAP implementations.
Craig then spent 16 years working for Edrington (The Macallan whisky brand) leading back office supply chain and logistics start-ups across the world including various joint ventures and SAP implementations.
Craig’s consultancy work has included various business transformations projects, setting up a European Logistics and Customer Service centre and helping companies start up in the USA drinks sector as well as companies looking for support in creating supply chain solutions for complex international commercial projects.
