Ted is a specialist in distribution business processes and systems

and has worked in the materials handling, logistics and supply chain industries since 1983. He has a particular expertise in warehouse process improvement and is a specialist in warehouse management systems.

His experience extends to Customer Service, the order to cash cycle, achievement of on-time in-full, and includes total reviews of

distribution businesses and supporting business systems. He also designs warehouse layouts, pick and pack operations etc. and has managed a variety of projects for materials handling, warehouse and associated systems. Clients value his pragmatism, his experience in the logistics industry and the improvements he can bring about. Ted also works as an expert witness and carries out 'due diligence' reviews.

Recent projects have been in foodservice, food manufacture, drinks, clothing, DIY, FMCG, electrical, retail, horticultural products, publishing, engineering parts and 3 rd party logistics.

Ted is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and holds an MBA. He is Chairman/ organiser of the Milton Keynes branch of the CILT and over a 10 year period has written and presented a variety of papers on subjects relating to the efficient operation of warehouses.
