Richard Golding, CMILT

Richard has considerable experience of the supply chain and logistics industry, which complements his industrial experience and manufacturing 'know-how' acquired in senior positions within the multinational Pirelli engineering group.

His skills include the development of improved methods, layouts and warehouse management systems, and operational trouble shooting. He has been responsible for much innovative work in applying ‘world class’ solutions to the problems of traditional manufacturing flow line processes.

His experience ranges from highly automated environments through to more traditional operations. He specialises in developing seamless solutions across design and implementation.

As a senior consultant at Bisham he has successfully developed and managed the implementation of projects within home shopping, electric cable distribution, sports goods, deep freeze storage, engineering spares and retail distribution sectors.

Richard has presented papers at national and international conferences on topics including automated handling systems, integrated manufacturing processes and computer control systems.
