Neil Middleton FCILT, Director

Neil has extensive experience in manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing, covering the entire supply chain from inventory management and operations through to customer service and sales.

He spent 13 years in third party contracting for TDG and Exel, latterly as European Development Director, with additional responsibility for the management consultancy. He has designed, developed, negotiated and implemented large-scale outsourcing contracts in many industry sectors across Europe.

Neil also has senior management experience in food manufacturing, fashion retailing, and food and non-food wholesaling. He has an extensive track record in developing and implementing supply chain strategies and rationalising existing businesses, as well as setting up greenfield operations.
