Martin Williams MILT

Martin has many years experience in the logistics and liner shipping industry. He has spent over half his working life outside the UK, holding a number of senior management positions in the USA, the Netherlands, Norway and Japan. He has held board level positions at McGregor Cory (Exel), Royal Nedlloyd and Canada Maritime (CP Ships).

He has been responsible for the development of a number of greenfield operations and new company start-ups, as well as developing and implementing sophisticated global and regional supply chains for major manufacturers and retailers.

He has considerable experience in both project management and change management programmes. With a strong commercial background, he develops logistics solutions that deliver efficiencies and improvements in costs, operations and customer service.

Martin is the current Chairman of the Outsourcing and Procurement Forum of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
