Bisham is pleased to announce that Bill Acres has just joined them as a Director

Bill has over 20 years corporate experience in Logistics and Supply Chain management with extensive experience in 3PL, express, pharmaceutical and entertainment sectors. He has held senior roles in Fedex, Mayne Logistics, Bertelsmann UK and as Commercial Director of Healthcare Logistics. These roles have involved managing operations, diverse functions and projects in the UK, across Europe and Worldwide.

In his subsequent 7 year consultancy career he has implemented warehouse and commercial systems, designed ,built and opened semi-automated warehouses, both outsourced and in-sourced DC operations in B2B and B2C environments as well as project managing a variety of complex capital projects to tight time and financial constraints and without ever causing commercial damage or disruption. Bill is a “safe pair of hands” when handling mission critical business change.

During this time he has been involved in the planning, development and implementation of major projects in Food, Fashion, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing and Retailing.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and a Board Director & Trustee. He is immediate past Chairman of CILT West Midlands Region and remains an active member there.
